Nancy B. Gardelli, Operations Manager
As most of you know, I ventured into the legal field many years ago after watching way too many Perry Mason episodes and wanting to grow up to be Della Street. That dream came true, and I am still in love with the work I do every single day.
As Operations Manager, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. I am the contact person for all clients, as well as oversee everything that comes in or goes out of the office. Together with my Administrative Supervisor, we assign each incoming job to the transcriptionist with the matching skill set.
In my spare time, I enjoy a good book, a glass of wine, and relaxing with my husband and four dogs. My dogs are all rescues, although I think they rescued me.

Erin McDonald, Administrative Supervisor
Erin has 20 years of administrative experience working in large and small organizations, including dental management and a creative talent agency. She builds personal relationships and treats her clients like family.
At Acorn Transcripts, Erin handles client contracts, accounts receivable, new client development, employee recruitment and much more.
